A house in Kendall Park that sold for $1.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in South Brunswick between Nov. 17 and Nov. 30.

During the past two weeks, a total of 18 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $637,889. The average price per square foot was $298.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 17 to the week of Nov. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
