Next, Wood will add Christmas special host to his multi-hyphenate resume. CNN has tapped the Birmingham native and current New Yorker for “Roy Wood Jr.’s Very Very Very Merry Holiday Special.”

The special will be filmed in Washington D.C. and air 7 p.m. Dec. 14. on CNN and on the network’s streaming service.
