STORMTRACK 3 FORECAST:
Through Saturday morning, a few breaks of sun will be possible, otherwise cloudy conditions will continue. Temperatures will only rise around the 20 mark ahead of our next snow system. Starting around the late afternoon, snow will begin moving in from the west. This has prompted Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings for the majority of our area. A general 3-5" of new snow is expected through Sunday morning for those of us in the Advisory, 4-6+" will be possible for those of us in the Winter Storm Warning.
As the snow exits Sunday morning, another burst of cold air returns from the northwest. Connected to Canadian high pressure, we can also expect more sunshine through the cold day and start to the work week.
