The Buffalo Bills made a few roster moves ahead of hosting the Bengals in Week 14.

Buffalo is elevating DE Morgan Fox and LB Baylon Spector from the practice squad for Sunday's game. This marks Fox's first elevation since joining the Bills on Nov. 12 and Spector's third elevation this season.

Friday, the Bills claimed safety Darnell Savage off waivers from Washington; he will join the team's 53-man roster.
