MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Village of Clinton Police Department said most of service is restored for the community after a major water main break Saturday morning.
The Clinton Water Utility experienced a major water main break caused the water system to lose water pressure just before 9:00 a.m.
Officials issued a boil water notice to all Clinton water customers until further notice as a precaution.
The notice is in effect until the city is able to submit water samples to ensure the water is acceptable to drink.
Community members are urged to talk to their doctor if think they are experiencing symptoms from drinking tap water.
