CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was found stabbed to death Saturday afternoon in downtown Chicago.

The victim was found unresponsive around 1:08 p.m. inside a residence in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard in West Loop, police said.

The 54-year-old man had multiple stab wounds on his chest, CPD said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim's identity was not yet known.

No arrests have been made as Chicago police continue to investigate.
