The Ottawa police are seeking public assistance to locate Michael Harding, 40, who has been missing since Nov. 28 in the city’s east end. Article content

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and jeans. Harding is known to frequent downtown Ottawa and Sandy Hill, and travel using public transportation. Article content Article content

He is described as Caucasian, five feet seven inches tall with a medium build, a beard and short, buzz-cut black hair.

Police said there are concerns for his well-being.

Anyone with information about Harding’s current whereabouts was asked to call the Ottawa police at 613-236-1222.
