A phone, video surveillance, and ballistics linked a 21-year-old man to two fatal north Phoenix shootings in which each victim was shot at least nine times, according to authorities.
Adalberto Pablo Cordova Torres, of Phoenix, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Marcus Adams, 45, and Andreas Samual Olguin, 29, according to court records. He also faces a felony 2 charge for firing a weapon at a residence, the court documents state.
