CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS)-- Charlottesville Police are investigating after a man was found unresponsive early Saturday morning at the Water Street parking garage.

Officers responded to the 4th Street SE entrance, where they located a male who appeared to have fallen from the garage. The man was identified as 45-year-old Charlottesville resident, Keagan Carr.
