MUSKEGON, MI — Two people are dead and two remain in critical condition after a shooting Saturday, Dec. 6, in Muskegon.
Also injured was a 4-year-old child.
A press release from the Muskegon Police Department did not confirm whether a suspect in the shooting has been identified or taken into custody.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 600 block of Jackson Avenue at around 3:15 p.m.
A 25-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other 25-year-old men were taken to Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital, where they remain in critical condition. A 22-year-old woman was taken to the hospital and later died from her injuries, according to the press release.
