WILLARD, Mo. (KY3) -People in Willard got into the holiday spirit with their Christmas on the Frisco parade Saturday afternoon.
The festivities were fun for the whole family. Before the parade, kids got to send their letters to Santa, as well as make crafts and have cocoa with the man himself.
“This event is great for a small community. It just reminds people to celebrate the season of giving and the season of community. Having an event like this in this town - it’s just a part of the small town charm,” said Jason Knight, Park Director for the City of Willard.
The Willard Parks and Recreation Department put on the event.
