A new WWE champion was crowned on Saturday. During the "NXT Deadline 2025" PLE, Oba Femi challenged Ricky Saints for the NXT Championship. Femi reclaimed the gold with Fall From Grace to become a two-time NXT Champion.

Femi's win has big implications for "Saturday Night's Main Event," which will take place on Dec. 13. The newly minted NXT titleholder will now meet Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes inside Capital One Arena in Washington. The match will be held on the same night as John Cena's retirement.
