WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A man was taken to a Winston-Salem hospital Saturday night after being shot in the torso.

Police identify the man at 47-year-old, Jeffery Ryan Hall.

According to police, officers went out to 20 E. Acadia Avenue for a shooting call at 9:54 p.m. When they got there, they found Hall suffering from a single gunshot wound to his torso.

Hall was taken to a local hospital to be treated for the non-life-threatening injury.
