Syracuse, N.Y. — Christian Brothers Academy football coach Casey Brown has had plenty of opportunities to perfect his pregame speech before big games.

Tucked away inside a locker room of the JMA Wireless Dome on Saturday night Brown gathered his players and coaches for one final motivational talk before the Class AA football state championship.

His words almost certainly lit a fire under his team as they opened the first half of the game against Section II’s Saratoga Springs with 21 unanswered points.
