UFC 323 is here , with a main event featuring Merab Dvalishvili vs. Petr Yan for the Bantamweight title, on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

It’s a rematch from their March 2023 fight, which Dvalishvili won by unanimous decision. This will be the UFC’s last pay-per-view on ESPN before the company’s new media deal with Paramount Skydance takes effect in 2026.

Fans can watch UFC 323 exclusively via ESPN+ PPV , which costs $79.99 for current ESPN+ subscribers.

New subscribers can choose to bundle UFC 323 with a Disney+, Hulu and ESPN Unlimited subscription for the same initial price.

The co-main event is a Flyweight Title Bout between Alexandre Pantoja and Joshua Van.
