INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana football wide receiver Charlie Becker got a little too hyped up celebrating the program's first Big Ten Title since 1967 on Saturday night.
Becker did the O-H-I-O chant coined by Buckeyes fans, but was caught on camera ad-libbing a different ending to the phrase after the Hoosiers' 13-10 win over Ohio State in the conference championship game .
It was a rare youthful mistake for a sophomore who turned into a key contributor for the No. 2 Hoosiers (13-0) down the stretch with leading receivers Omar Cooper Jr. and Elijah Sarratt suffering injuries. Cooper l eft the game with a leg injury on IU's first possession and didn't return the game.
