The time is finally here.

The final College Football Playoff Rankings are being released Sunday, and we will all know what the official 12-team bracket will look like.

We know teams in the top tier such as Ohio State, Indiana, Georgia, Texas Tech, Oregon, Ole Miss and Texas A&M are going to be in the playoff. Saturday's conference championship games answered some questions as well.
