The incident happened on the A952
A young man and woman have tragically died in a serious crash in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, which also left four people in hospital, including two school-aged children.
The collision occurred at around 7.25pm on Saturday, December 6, on the stretch of road between the Toll of Birness and Mintlaw at Clola. It involved a grey Land Rover Evoque and a black Vauxhall Corsa.
Emergency services were quickly dispatched to the scene. A 24-year-old male passenger in the Corsa was declared dead at the scene, while the 24-year-old female driver was rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Sadly, she later succumbed to her injuries.
