COLUMBUS, Ohio — Astrophysicist and science communicator Neil deGrasse Tyson returns to Columbus next spring to talk about all things space.
Tyson will visit Mershon Auditorium on March 25 to discuss “The Cosmic Perspective,” the 100th essay in his series titled "Universe” that reflects on how to view human life through a celestial lens.
Known for his extensive portfolio of written works, Tyson appeared as the host of PBS NOVA’s spinoff NOVA ScienceNOW for five seasons and now hosts the podcast StarTalk.
Tyson has served as the Rose Director of the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History in New York since 1996. In 2006, the head of NASA appointed Tyson to serve on its Advisory Council.
