Households in England are being urged to charge their phone and turn off electricity supplies if they are set to be affected by flooding or get flooded on Monday.
A yellow weather warning has been put in place for very heavy rain and flooding risk for parts of England on Monday, with areas including London, Bristol, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Bath and Herefordshire as well as much of Wales all affected by a Met Office warning for heavy rain and possible flood risks.
The warning is set to take effect from 6pm on Monday and will continue until 6pm on Tuesday, the forecaster says.
Those who are worried about flooding in their area should according to the forecaster's flood and heavy rain advice charge their phone and get a battery pack before the rains hit, in case there are disruptions
