Jim Nantz has passed on his love for sports to his three children: Caroline, Finley and Jameson.

The sportscaster, known primarily for his work with CBS, is famous for covering football, golf and basketball, but when he’s not working, he’s spending time with his wife, Courtney Richards, and his kids.

Jim welcomed his eldest child, daughter Caroline, with his ex-wife, Lorrie Carlsen, in 1994. Two decades later, he and Richards welcomed their daughter, Finley, together, and two years later, their son, Jameson, was born in 2016.

After a busy career filled with travel, in 2023, Jim announced his decision to step back from one of the sports events for which he's best known: the NCAA men's basketball tournament.
