A 29-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a Camden County crash Saturday evening, Dec. 6, authorities confirmed.

Kody L. Reilly, of Stratford, was heading from Route 130 onto I-76 when he lost control, ran off the roadway, and struck a guardrail and then a telelphone pole around 7:30 p.m. at Exit 1D in Gloucester City, New Jersey State Police Trooper II Christopher Postorino said.

Reilly died as a result of the crash, which remains under investigation.

A GoFundMe for Reilly's brother, Bryan Saris Jr., had raised nearly $7,000 as of press time.

"On the night of December 6th, we lost a son, brother, partner & friend. Though sudden and tragic, he passed the same way he loved to live– on his motorcycle," organizer Olivia Pascal wrote.

"Kody was always one to live on the wild side. He was a hard worker who was never afraid to get his hands dirty. He spent his days making others laugh and feel loved. Blood or not, Kody made many feel like they had a brother in him."

In addition to Bryan, Reilly is survived by his sister, Savannah. Funds raised will go toward Bryan's education. Click here to donate.
