The War Between The Land And The Sea debuted on Sunday but several watching had the same problem

BBC viewers have voiced the same grievance just moments into the premiere of a new drama series.

The latest offering from acclaimed writer Russell T Davies, known for his work on 'It's A Sin', 'Years and Years' and as the former showrunner for ' Doctor Who ', made its debut on BBC One tonight (Sunday, December 7). The new series, titled 'The War Between The Land and The Sea', is a spin-off from the enduring sci-fi series 'Doctor Who'.

This five-part series branches out from the Whoniverse. The plot revolves around an ancient and formidable species emerging from the ocean, causing an international crisis as humanity is dramatically exposed to their existence.
