The Indianapolis Colts received a potentially devastating blow to their hopes of making a serious push in the NFL Playoffs, as they seemingly lost starting quarterback Daniel Jones in the first half of Sunday's game.

The Colts' star QB went down in the second quarter of the matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars , seemingly to injure the lower part of his leg when planting his foot on a throw. Jones stumbled back and fell on the field. He motioned over to the sidelines before sitting down, clutching at his lower leg, with play stopping as trainers went over to check on him.

Eventually, Jones left the game, requiring help from trainers to walk off the field and go to the medical tent for further evaluation. At that time, his return status was questionable due to the non-contact injur
