AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 26-year-old wanted for questioning in an aggravated assault case.

Darrick Alexander Hobbs is wanted for questioning only in reference to an aggravated assault incident that occurred on Dec. 7, officials say.

He is around 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

Hobbs is known to frequent Mount Zion Apartments and the Barton Village area.

He has unrelated felony warrants on file through the sheriff’s office

Anyone who comes in contact with Darrick Hobbs or has any information concerning his whereabouts is asked to contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office at 706-821-1258 or 706-821-1020.
