President Trump is hosting the Kennedy Center Honors Sunday, honoring Sylvester Stallone, Kiss, and Gloria Gaynor at the annual gala.
Speaking Saturday at a State Department dinner for the honorees, Trump predicted the broadcast, which airs Dec. 23, would have its best ratings ever.
