TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - For the eighth straight year, local highs school wrestlers gathered in the Bob Albertson Gym at Florida high for the Cam Brown Seminole Classic. The two-day tournament wrapped up on Saturday afternoon.
The tournament honors the legacy of Brown, a former Florida High standout multi-sport athlete who passed away of bone cancer during his senior year in 2017.
Brown’s dad, Sam, is not surprised that Seminoles wrestling coach Clay Allen has kept the tournament going for so long, but he’s grateful to be able to honor his son’s legacy every year.
