As roughly 100 people gathered in Kenner to peacefully protest immigration enforcement sweeps on Sunday afternoon, agents with the Department of Homeland Security detained a man just blocks away.

Video taken Sunday shows Customs and Border Protection agents handcuffing a man while he's lying facedown on the pavement near an Interstate 10 ramp. The man, who is wearing one shoe, appears to say he has papers as he is put in the back of a law enforcement vehicle.
