Billy Ray Cyrus responded to a woman’s lawsuit claiming she’s his daughter Miley Cyrus’ biological mother, calling the allegations “false and absurd.”

A woman named Jayme Lee alleged that she gave birth to Miley at 12 years old in a lawsuit she filed in May, obtained by the Daily Mail . Lee claimed she entered into a “private adoption agreement’ with Billy Ray and Miley’s mother, Tish Cyrus, but was caused “severe emotional distress” when Billy Ray allegedly “misrepresented the circumstances” of the alleged adoption.

She claimed their alleged adoption agreement included that she would get to name Miley and work as her nanny and piano teacher.
