Kansas City fell to the Houston Texans 20-10 in Week 14 of Sunday Night Football, dropping to 6-7 on the season as its playoff hopes stunningly fade away.
Houston's defensive form under DeMeco Ryans continued to shine, not letting up against Patrick Mahomes and Co. The Texans led 10-0 at the break before Kansas City scored 10 straight in the third to knot it up.
However, a risky fourth-down call in their own territory proved costly for Andy Reid and Co., as C.J. Stroud and Houston essentially got gift-wrapped a touchdown in a tight-knit defensive battle.
