From featuring in the Indian Premier League (IPL) this year to being appointed Donald Trump’s ‘bodyguard’, robot dogs are invading the tech industry with their multi-functionality. The four-legged ‘device’, which has been sending the Internet into a frenzy over the last two years, has now been spotted walking down the streets of Bengaluru.
In a video shared by an X handle @Runtime, the robot dog can be seen walking around HSR Layout in Bengaluru . According to the viral post, the robot dog, PARAM, weighs 35 kg and has eight hours of battery life with hot-swappable batteries. Resharing the post, tech influencer Caleb said that PARAM is “almost entirely indigenous” as the only non-Indian parts are the Nvidia Jetson GPU and actuators.
