The government has launched an investigation into Indigo Airlines following widespread flight cancellations, Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu informed the Rajya Sabha on Monday. In response to Congress MP Pramod Tiwari's concerns, Naidu clarified that the cancellations were not caused by the Automatic Message Switching System (AMSS) but were due to Indigo's failure to manage crew rosters.
