But Palmer, who was mauled by his neighbor’s dog in Green in December 2022, has given up a fight for his landlord to be held responsible for his attack – at least for now.
Palmer’s final pretrial in his civil lawsuit was scheduled for Dec. 9, but he dismissed the suit “without prejudice.” This means it could be refiled in Summit County Common Pleas Court.
