(Bismarck, ND) — An Ontario woman is in custody after a police chase over the weekend in Pembina. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the woman failed to stop at the Pembina Port of Entry and continued southbound on Interstate 29. Authorities used a tire deflation device near Grand Forks, and the chase eventually ended in the Northern section of Cass County. The woman was taken into custody and is set to be charged for fleeing and reckless endangerment.
