West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday warned that “no high-handedness will be tolerated on the border” as she addressed an administrative meeting in Cooch Behar. She also criticised alleged instances of “pushback”, saying, “Indian residents are being sent to Bangladesh. I will tell the state police not to be so afraid. Be a little proactive.
