Disruption-hit IndiGo is gradually limping back to stabilised operations, and is expected to overate over 1,800 of its 2,300-plus scheduled flights on Monday. The country’s largest airline said that its on-time performance (OTP), which had crashed to all-time lows last week amid its massive flight disruption, improved to 91 per cent on Monday. While the operation of 1,800 flights means that the airline still had to cancel over 500 flights on Monday, the number of cancellations is lower than the previous four days. The carrier also said that its board has been meeting regularly during this operational disruption and a crisis management group (CMG) set up by the board meets every day.
