Actors Marlon Wayans and Skye P. Marshall are announcing the nominees in the running for the 2026 Golden Globe Awards in a ceremony on Monday that is currently underway.

The first category announced is for best performance by a male actor in a television series drama, and the nominees in the running are Sterling K. Brown ( Paradise ), Diego Luna ( Andor ), Gary Oldman ( Slow Horses ), Mark Ruffalo ( Task ), Adam Scott ( Severance ) and Noah Wyle ( The Pitt ).

Among the 28 categories announced today will be a brand new award for best podcast. The addition of the new category will honour “diverse talents in the medium,” according to the Golden Globes, as part of their commitment to honour the full spectrum of entertainment.
