LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a criminal complaint, on Dec. 2, a trooper received a call through Greenbrier County 911 for a call involving threats in the vicinity of Seneca Trail in Lewisburg.

According to the criminal complaint, Ryan Brown said threats were made against him because the man claimed he was trying to sleep with his 16-year-old daughter.

When the trooper arrived at the residence, Brown reportedly told him he had done “something stupid” and explicitly talked to a 16-year-old girl. Brown allegedly advised the trooper that he knew the girl was 16 and that he shouldn’t have been talking to her.
