OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The public is invited to learn more about the Omaha Streetcar Project at an open house Thursday.
The Omaha Streetcar Authority will host the event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the lower level of the Durham Museum.
Plans for the open house were shared last week on the Streetcar Authority’s social media page. Anyone that wants to know the latest details on the streetcar is encouraged to come.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions to the streetcar’s construction team.
They will also get “updates on utility work, upcoming mainline track construction and the future of the transit service,” the post reads.
