Join us for this popular educational and tasty happy hour at St. Vrain Cidery with delicious holiday-inspired cheese and hard-cider pairings while watching homemade cheese being made by Kelly Liebrock, of The Art of Cheese. During this interactive demonstration class, learn the basic art and science behind the cheesemaking process, the equipment and key ingredients needed, and how to source the best milk for making cheese at home. At the end of the cheese tasting, we’ll have a special goat guest join us from Briar Gate Farm – Princess Cotija.
