"Organised Loot": Raghav Chadha Slams Highway Toll Collection In Rajya Sabha

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha on Monday called the country's highway toll collection an "organised loot", saying mismanagement and excessive charges were placing an "unbearable" burden on commuters.
