SPOKANE, Wash -- Drivers in the Inland Northwest and across the country are paying less for their gas this week.

According to GasBuddy, average gas prices in Spokane have dropped 5.4 cents per gallon this week. The average price sits at $3.70 per gallon.

This is almost 4 cents lower than one month ago, but still nearly 14 cents higher than this time last year.

In Idaho, you will pay an average price of $3.10 per gallon. That is almost an 11 cent drop from last week.

The national average is down to $2.90 per gallon this week. That is a drop of 5 cents in the last week and 17.6 cents from one month ago.
