Tulane has decided to promote passing game coordinator and receivers coach Will Hall to become the school’s new head football coach, the school announced on Monday.
Hall replaces Jon Sumrall , who will continue to coach the Green Wave through the rest of the College Football Playoff before taking over at Florida. Tulane will take on Ole Miss at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 20 in Oxford, Mississippi in the first round of the CFP.

A familiar face at Tulane
Hall worked as the Green Wave offensive coordinator in 2019-20, serving as a prominent member of former coach Willie Fritz’s staff in New Orleans. Tulane reached bowl games in both of his seasons leading the offense.
