CLEARWATER, Fla. (WWSB) - One person is dead and four others injured in a shooting at a Clearwater sports bar Sunday night, police said.

Jordan Javontay Walls, 24, was killed in the parking lot of Fuzzy’s Sports Bar & Grill, 1270 S. Highland Ave. Four other people injured in the incident were dropped off at Morton Plant Hospital in a private vehicle which immediately fled, the Clearwater Police Department said Monday.

Detectives believe the suspects were two men dressed in dark clothing who fled the scene after the shootings.

Based on preliminary information, detectives also said it was not believed to be a random act and there is not believed to be any threat to the community.

The investigation is continuing, police said.
