PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A grand jury has indicted a man accused of shooting and killing a man and his young daughter outside a Phoenix shopping center last month, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office announced on Monday.

Tyrone Dee Chilly, 28, was indicted last week on two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted second-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault and three counts of endangerment in connection with the road rage shooting.

The incident began in a parking lot near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road on Nov. 22, where Chilly reportedly got into a fight with another driver. After the fight ended, prosecutors say everyone went back to their cars before Chilly allegedly pulled out a gun and fired into the other car with two adults and three children.
