NEW DELHI: Disguised as a woman to evade detection in CCTV cameras, a 24-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a house in southwest Delhi's Mohan Garden and fleeing with jewellery, watches and a handicam along with an associate. The incident came to light on Nov 16, when a complaint was received from a resident of Mohan Garden alleging overnight house theft while he was away for the night. A case had been registered under the charges of theft in a dwelling house of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Mohan Garden police station.
