PHOENIX – A man who was arrested in connection with a deadly road rage shooting in Phoenix last month has been indicted on multiple felony charges, including first-degree murder, authorities announced Monday.
Tyrone Chilly, 28, is accused of shooting into an SUV carrying two adults and three children in a Lowe’s parking lot near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road on the afternoon of Nov. 22.
Quincy Polk, 30, and his 8-year-old daughter were killed in the shooting, while a woman and a 5-year-old girl were wounded. A 1-year-old child in the SUV was unharmed.
