There's something about the Coachella Valley that makes it a great place for a steak. Maybe it's the Hollywood glamour: all that lore about Sinatra and the Rat Pack spending many a night packed around some dimly lit booth (and surely having a steak).

Maybe it's that nothing hits like a fine cut of porterhouse after a long day on the links. Maybe it's the sheer fact that there's no shortage of deep pockets around here. Or maybe it's just that our desert fantasyland is where people come to indulge — and for many of us, that means stuffing our faces with meat.
