Defendants in mock kidnapping of former Crawford County library board member’s daughter charged with identical felonies

VAN BUREN -- Four people -- including the victim's mother -- face identical charges formally filed late Friday due to an incident in which an adult with developmental disabilities was kidnapped and left tied to a tree in a rural area.
