Ipswich Town will host Blackpool in the third round of the FA Cup.
The Seasiders currently sit 22nd in League One, occupying one of the four relegation places in the division. They boast a record of four wins, four draws and 10 defeats so far this season, having sacked Steve Bruce back in October and replacing him with Ian Evatt.
Blackpool are winless in their last three third-tier games, but beat National League side Carlisle United 4-1 to reach the third round. Ex-Blue Lee Evans has played for them since the 2024/25 campaign.
The two teams last met back in February 2021, with the Blues securing a 2-0 victory at Portman Road thanks to goals from Alan Judge and Luke Woolfenden. Blackpool have never beaten Town on Suffolk soil.
